2018 Artists in Residence at Donnelly River Village – Claire Bailey, Peter Barker, Ben Crappsley, Bronwen Newbury, Robyn Varpins and Ben Sherar.

As part of the Bridgetown in the Winter Festival held in June, July & August, these well-known Western Australian artists will be in residence at Donnelly River Village from 16 July to 31 August… The artists will stay in one of the cottages in the village and work in the unique Karri Forest setting.

At 4pm each Saturday afternoon between 21 July and 25 August 2018, the current artist in residence will give an informal talk about their time in the village and their art practice.

Visitors are invited to stay on, by the fire, for the regular Donnelly River Village social hour from 5-6pm.

An exhibition of selected works produced during the residencies will be on show at Earlywork from 16 November to 2 December, 2018.
