Asian Takeaways

22 Sep – 3 Oct

presented by Gallery East

Recent work by Western Australian artists Sandra Black, Susan Flavell, Nathan Beard, Andrew Nicholls, and Jenny Dawson, who have each undertaken residencies in Asia, including India, Singapore, Thailand, and China.

Their highly-skilled artwork undoubtedly reflects their first-hand experiences of working alongside art practitioners in these countries and the practicalities of craft and art impacting the everyday lives of peoples both here and in those Asian countries.

Gallery Hours: Monday – Sunday: 11am – 5pm
