This exhibition is a reflection on the beauty of our West Australian coast. The colours, textures and forms observed in pristine coastal areas from Exmouth to Denmark, explored through abstraction as well as small paintings, photographs and printmaking .

The Yallingup lagoon in particular, is a place where Kathryn spends time swimming, photographing and observing the interactions between sky, land and sea.

The ‘fragments’ that make up this exhibition, vary in style and technique, as artistic explorations of the elements that make up our coast.
