WANGKA KUTJU, TJUKURPA TJUTA
One Voice, Many Stories.
This exhibition brings together a powerful body of paintings and 2D sculptural works by fifteen Kaltjiti artists from Fregon, a remote First Nations community 368 km southeast of Uluru. The works carry stories that move between ancestral Tjukurpa and intimate reflections on Country — a range that speaks to the depth and vitality of a living culture.
Artists from Kaltjiti Arts are travelling to Perth for the opening and will be at the gallery the following morning to share their work in person.
